According to an order by Planning Development and Monitoring department, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the government has ordered freezing of boundaries of districts, tehsils, municipalities, towns, revenue villages and other administrative units in Jammu and Kashmir.
